In my experience the guys at Axwell know what they`re doing. There is expertise and value added to hiring them. A lot more than just property management know-how, there is also technological, legal, and other knowledge that comes with hiring them that was very useful. Like any company, there are newer employees who are just learning, but they are backed up by people who know what they`re doing. I considered giving a 4 star rating to take into consideration that the service was not perfect, but that wouldn't be fair as no company is perfect and no one would ever get a 5 star rating.

I started my career at Axwell and was with the company for about 4 years— It was a great place to work at. If you’re thinking about applying or accepting a position with the company, I can tell you that you’ll get great experience there. I have colleagues who started with them who went on to get jobs in the industry with the City of Montreal, Concordia University, and major international real estate firms. If you’re thinking about becoming a client, you should know that Axwell was built from the ground up, by a couple of brothers, into a successful firm. It wasn’t a coincidence or due to luck. It’s because the people there are extremely competent, committed, smart and work hard. I believe that it won’t take long for you to find the above to be true and see that you’re in “good hands” with them.

Great Customer Service! I live in a residential building managed by Axwell Management. They have been our property management company for several years now, and I am very pleased with them. They are very responsive and do not ignore us when we have issues. The building is very clean and the cleaning staff vacuum the hallways and takeout recycling and garbage daily. Even the outdoor garden is well trimmed, pool and gym are always clean. They are honest and look for several quotes to find the best price, when a job is needed to be done in the building for repairs & maintenance. The owners of Axwell are additionally professional and pleasant gentlemen to deal with. I speak to other friends living in other buildings and all they do is complain about how their property management company takes their condo fees and doesn't do anything for the building, and ignores their requests. This makes me feel very fortunate to have Axwell Management run our building, and I hope it stays this way!

Good team. Helps out how they can. Sometimes a delay to reply but the team is always doing what they can to find solutions !
