Ok, can I just say something, please? I've been storing stuff at different self-storage companies for a long time and I've never, EVER been to a storage building as clean and welcoming as this one. These guys take cleanliness so seriously and, especially during this current pandemic, it is something I really appreciate. And this is one of the rare buildings offering 24/7 access where I genuinely feel safe in, should I need to grab something in the middle of the night or whatever. Domenico (the building manager) is the nicest guy ever and goes out of his way to help his tenants. And their customer service is impeccable. They always answer my emails so fast and their agents are super friendly on the phone. Keep up the amazing work! :D

I contacted Mini-Storage in Montreal via email earlier this year to arrange storage facilities for some personal items that were being shipped to Montreal from the US. I was initially unable to visit the site since I live in southern Africa. However, Sina was of invaluable assistance in terms of his efficiency and customer service which enabled me to arrange, from afar, a storage locker for my items at very good value for cost. I was finally able to arrive in Montreal in July and visited the Dauphin SL facility which is very clean and well-lit. Upon our request, Domenico promptly allocated us a bigger storage space and was of kind assistance during this move and handled the administrative aspect of this change very smoothly. With this quality of service from two key employees, and the excellent condition of the storage facility I would highly recommend Montreal Mini-Storage to others.
