David came and replaced my water heater recently. During a bad week of snowstorms and traffic, he did his best to arrive asap. He was professional and meticulous about safety details which was greatly appreciated. Pricing is competitive to other plumbers. Would highly recommend.

Called in friday PM for a plumber. Receptionnist is extremely professional, likable and knowledgeable. Told me she'd send a plumber as soon as monday (72 hours later) Plumber called in monday morning 9:00 PM, asked a few questions and said he'd be there in 15. He arrived within 15 minutes. Tony came in, well dressed, clean, professionnal and incredibly funny. Asked a few questions to assess the problem, checked and the problem was exactly as he thought. Asked questions along the way to make sure nothing unwanted was done. Explained eveyrthing he was doing. If I could give a better rating I would. Will give references and a good word every chance I get.

These people are to be highly recommended. Honest in all their dealings, and really straightforward when it comes to giving you options. My experiences more than one was that i knew someone was not going to drain my bank account, that they were really going to solve my problem, and they did that professionally and effectively..
