** Adjustment of my review, from 1 star to 3 stars Following my comments, like the one below, the Director of the center took charge of my file and takes care of redoing the treatment, although less effective in this late period of the season for bedbugs *** Comment before the Director's call I took a contract with them for lawn bugs, because supposedly the service was guaranteed and that a second visit would be free if necessary. - They came on August 18, a rainy day - on August 27 I contested that there were as many bedbugs, so I called the center of St-Eustache for a second visit. The person mentions to me that the 10 days is not done and to call back on Monday, 31st. For one day, she could very well have taken the request for a visit the next day, the 28th (10 days after the first treatment) - Today, August 31st still having lots of bedbugs and as suggested by the person, I recontact them again. - This same person tells me that it is now too late, the bedbugs are probably adults and the treatment would no longer be effective, no other treatment will be done. Where is the famous guarantee? Why not take care of the request on the 9th day, for a processing on the 10th day?

Good service at home but when I wanted to change my address the following spring they had lost my file ... Not very organized
