Luckey (Montreal)

I’ve been using Luckey for about a year now. I have to say, they have come a very long way from the start of our rocky relationship. If you had asked me 10 months ago whether I would recommend them, I would advise you to run and to never look back. However, they have proven to learn from their mistakes and both Côme and Madeleine have always made a genuine effort to rectify all issues that came up. Most importantly, they ensured a consistent 4.5+ rating on my Airbnb listing, a steady and very healthy cash flow, and were always very easy to get a hold of (both for me and my guests). I would definitely highly recommend them today!!

I have been renting my apartment through their services for a few months, and I only have good comments to give. They really put the customers first, it can either for the owner or the tenant, they will always be available and very quick to answer to request. After each location, the apartment is in good condition and very clean which encouraged me to still deal with them. I highly recommend them.

I feel so lucky to have found Luckey Home. I was looking for a property management service, and after surfing on the internet for a few minutes, I found this fantastic company. They do everything for you, and its staff are so lovely and supportive!!!. They have always answered all my concerns quickly making you feel that they really care about you and your unit/condo. Come and Madeleine, both managers, handled all the Airbnb bookings, cleaning lady services and payments smoothly and efficiently. I strongly recommend you Luckey Homes services. It is a company and staff you can trust and don't have to worry about anything. In my two years with them, I have only been gone through on good things. Try it, for sure you will not regret it!!! :)
