I wanted an inspection to find out what was important to fix in the short term about my house. I am impressed with the knowledge and understanding of the building that Bruno owns. He took the trouble to explain to me what the problems were, where they came from and how to correct them. I suggest it to anyone who needs an inspection.

Wow! I was very impressed !! Bruno is by far the best inspector I have ever dealt with. In addition to finding the ''sores'' of the house, he explains very well how to repair and maintain them over time. He tells us about the aging of the house, what the maintenance will be in 5 years, 20 years and he even mentioned things to me for when the house is 100 years old. I had questions a week later and the service on the phone was impeccable, offering to call back if I had any further questions. I highly recommend it! Thanks again Bruno!
