This is indeed an interesting dilemma I was faced with, when searching for a truck rental in my neighbourhood. The one U Haul on Hochelaga is clearly more convenient, as far as location is concerned, but has a troubling number of 1* review - as opposed to this one on Sherbrooke which has only one 5* review from Google. Going with the probability of logic, it is clear to me that when a large number of reviewers tell you something, then this is no coincidence. So, I went with the one 5* review, with one word within that review that struck me... ''Honest''. This is indeed a very powerful word in the dictionary. Very happy to have made this choice, and concurred with everything written in that one review. Serge was very accommodating, trustworthy, pleasant to deal with, and no surprise when you get the final bill. This is how business should be conducted. The one negative thing is that the business was not opened on Saturday, but then again, this was probably not peak period.
