Alain combs the houses, as he says. He gave us the right time on the house we were going to buy. He takes the time to explain each problem in depth, and makes sure that we understand. A true passionate! His expertise was greatly appreciated.

I couldn't be more impressed with Alain. He's VERY thorough, VERY knowledgable, and takes the time to explain everything as he works. Most home inspectors take about 3-4hrs, Alain takes 4-7. Agents aren't a fan because he finds EVERYTHING! He has inspected 3 homes for me and he is without a doubt my home inspector moving forward. 5 start+++
