I am not demanding, however, in terms of time of passage because as long as it is done before 9/10 p.m. so that I can return my car, it suits me because I understand that we are a lot of customers but I am disappointed by its employees who do not snow unfortunately not well the entry level width because normally we park 2 cars wide and after the sir / madam is passed, impossible to park 2 cars. Maybe add simpler signs without a logo to help locate the snow plows. However, last year, there was no such problem. Between neighbors, we had the same observation regarding parking. In addition, there are emails sent which by the way is a good idea but it is better never to give an hour if this is not respected. I understand that you have a lot of customers and that it is not easy for you but even if you spend in the afternoon, yes you are expected to iron because more than 5 cm which has accumulated as mentioned in the contract. Maybe review the number of times passed because during the week, even if you spend 2-3 times a day but there is a lot of snow when we arrive from work, we will expect you to iron it certain. I think there should be some adjustment because I pay a snowplow so I do not want to shovel my entry as I have to do it several times because when you do not clear enough wide, it hardened and with children who gets on and off on each side is not great if it freezes. I leave a chance during the next snowfall and if there is no improvement, I will unfortunately be forced to change company because it is certain that I do not want to shovel my entry again especially when we pay for that a service.
