Construction 3M

Building a house is a BIG deal and with so many horror stories about builds gone wrong and shady contractors, selecting the right contractor is crucial. A friend referred us to Construction 3M and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went. From the very beginning we had a good feeling about things. Throughout the entire process the contractor (M. Dawson) was knowledgeable, resourceful and approachable. He kept us in the loop at every stage, answered phone calls promptly and always explained the different options for us along the way with Pro’s and Con’s of each option. Their crew members were solid guys that maintained an awesome balance of doing great work and having fun on the job which was fun to witness. At the end of the 8 month build we have only praise for 3M and their team. The initial quote was accurate, the house was exactly what we wanted, things were done to our expectations and we couldn’t be happier with the final product. A huge thanks to Matt, Roger, Scott, Adam and the rest of the crew. We will be referring them to everyone and encourage anyone who is building a house to hire their team.

We hired Construction 3M to handle our build in 2017. This was our first time building a house and a big life decision. The team at 3M were professional from the very beginning. Everything went smoothly throughout and we ended up with exactly what we wanted in the end. Our build took 8 months (May to December) which was right on schedule and the total cost was representative of what was quoted at the beginning of the job (excluding some upgrades we chose on finishings). We're very happy with the way things went and can confidently refer 3M to friends, family and others.
