I drove by the place the first time and they guided me back. Everyone was very patient and really outgoing. While waiting you can help yourself to a beverage and a snack, but you never have to wait long enough to actually drink or eat. :D They did a super job on the car and even straightened out my dented licence plate. The rental car was a dream and didn't cost me a dime, except to fill it back up before bringing it back when my car was ready. Hopefully there will be no more accidents, but should it happen, I will definitely go back there.

Having an accident is no fun, but dealing with ''Centre de Service Intact'' makes all the difference. Your insurance agent makes an appointment and when you show-up someone is waiting for you, a few papers to fill out, and you leave with a courtesy car: they take care of the rest. They call you when your car is ready, and you go home.
