I do not understand why all the negative reviews. They tell you all the costs up front and they do not charge you more than that. The facility was very clean and secure and well lit. I have rented at other places in the past that were dark, felt unsafe. This was the opposite. When I was done with it, they told me that there was no paper to sign or confirmation that they will not charge me. I was worried that they would charge me given their reputation but that was not the case. I cannot not think of anything negative, perhaps that their mandatory insurance was a bit high but they give you the option of providing your own.

Price is per every 4 weeks, not per month, which means your payment date moves up by a few days each month. I rented a unit with climate control but got a notice soon after that units would no longer be heated in Winter (no pricing adjustment was made.) Would have been nice to have a hand sanitizing station somewhere in the building with COVID19 but that wasn't the case. Apart from those 3 things, everything else was fine.

Very professional and friendly service.Units are safe and in good condition. The security gate works very smoothly. My only negative opinion is that the parking lot/driveway could have better drainage to get rid of rainwater that accumulates rapidly when it rains.
