This place is the go to for anyone anywhere in the Montreal area if you need electronics fixed. These are the experts come on they explain everything to you, and they charge very recently. This is the kind of place I want to support. They managed to get all of my data off my old cell phone which was completely broken and on to my new one. Other places had ''d me 4 times what Dono charged. And he probably did a much better job.

Wonderful experience!! Called beforehand to make sure that they had a battery for my Iphone in stock which they did. I had contacted a competitor a week before and they assured me that they had them in stock. When I got to the competitor's store ''oops we made a mistake - we ordered a quantity of batteries and the shipment should be arriving tomorrow. We will call you as soon as the shipment comes in.'' Still waiting for their call. DONO Electronique was 1/2 the price of this competitor and on top of that over the phone they told me it would an hour but they replaced it while I was there. Nice, polite and professional guy. Excellent customer service. All around pleasant experience DONT THINK ABOUT GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
