They really take good care of their residents. I love going to the Sunday concerts with my grandmother.

My parents have been there happily for over ten years, and I have nothing but praise for the nursing, desk, maintenance and kitchen staff -- even my mom's hairdresser. Especially since my dad died last year, they have all been particularly attentive to my mom. However, WATCH EVERYTHING FINANCIAL. My parents were once asked to pay a bill already paid. Even worse, one year their rent increase was based on a fictitious $215/month more than it actually was. Imagine if I had not been there to catch this, practically by accident? I don't have anything positive to say about the upper echelons of administration, so I'll just leave it at that!

It's a lovely senior residence. Very clean, staff are very energetic, caring and helpful.
