I am terrible with names. But I remember Lenny who answered the phone at the call center who provided me with every possible piece of information I could need. I remember Michel and his team in Brossard because it has been years since I've been around so many people who know their jobs inside out. From the moment we walked through the front door Michel was outstanding at identifying our needs while explaining the pros and cons, without us feeling pressured to over-commit to something that didn't suit our needs. I cannot remember the last time I was in a place of business where everyone working there looked like they truly enjoyed their colleagues and their working environment. We appreciated the positive attitude from guys shoveling outside to the dude freezing out back. I have absolutely no doubt that what's in our locker is in great hands. MERCI!
