I called to make an appointment for the following morning, and Peter was very kind, and honest, telling me all prices and charges up front. I identified and explained the problem, which then was communicated to Chris, who came the following day. Chris was professional, kind, thorough and helpful, taking time to explain the details of both leaking sinks, even making sure I could lend a hand myself if it were to happen again. Trustful company, a little late, but it was all amde up with great service! Thank You

In the end the job was well done. The plumber and his assistant were very courteous and polite. They worked hard to change my water heater! But getting to the result, was another story. Calls not returned as determined. Appointment not kept as promised. ''I'll call you back in two minutes.'' -- more than an hour later, no call. The part of the service with the person receiving calls was not good.

Professional service. Great final result. The tech who came out was friendly and engaging and explained the entire process as he went along. Quoted the price up front, no extra fees or add-ons. Highly recommended. I'd call them again.
