La Source

We went to La Source St Jean for the purpose of upgrading my boyfriends cellphone. Not long after we walked into the store Jonathan came over to us and I explained what we wanted. He was great at presenting us with our options. He switched from french to English to accommodate my bf. At one point some of his previous customers walked back into the store. He was great at maneuvering between the both customers without us feeling abandoned. We were in there for about 2 hours but it went by so fast. He also did his sales job of selling us another service. We did not have our internet with the same provider. Although I usually hate that he was not pushy at all. He explained all the benefits. He even said that if we didn't like it we could just go back to our previous provider and get a better deal as a new customer. It was very honest. I like that in sales people. So anyways we got what we were looking for and I plan on going back and upgrading my phone I at the end of June. We'll see what kind of deal i can get.

I like the store. They have little electronic gadgets and thecnologie electronic.

Some of the staff tries to rush you out of the door if you have a problem with your devices. Make you feel unwelcome. I almost always have to wait. The young woman who works there is very helpful though and tries hard.

Good customer service ! I found exaclty what i was looking for.
