I've been going to The Source for a few years to get my headphones. I really like their extended warranty which allows two free replacements ... and as I often sleep with my cell phone lost in my bed, my headphones break quite quickly, in short, it saves money! The staff are always very nice too.

I guess you can say its ok but it really comes down to wich employee you get. it a pressure selling store the employee are paid to sell you a new cellphone or Bell services so expect that ...
