I've been a tenant with Jennifer for the last 10 years, Jennifer and her team are fantastic have never had any issues with them and always had maintenance issues fixed correctly and in a timely manner.

345 Barber Street This building was in really bad shape when I first moved in here 3 years ago. Since the new owners and New property manager took over with their new supers the building is so much better. The building is always clean and smells wonderfully. The property manager is always very nice very polite very respectful . The new supers are always very polite very respectful and very nice as well. Also since there is now security cameras I feel more safe then I ever have here. I told all my friends and my family about the huge improvements. If I need anything repaired or checked I call the property manager and she acts on it right away . Everything is always done promptly. Thank you very much Jennifer Davies and Thank you very much to your new supers.

We have just recently gone through the experience of renting a newly built apartment at 280 Crichton St in Ottawa. The property manager Jennifer Davies, is without a doubt the a true professional, she guided us through the process and delivered on all promises that were made and was very helpful at getting us moved in on time!
