They know what they are doing, it's their craft. Highly recommended, I lived across the country and they treated me like a friend. They didn't make any mistakes they know property management inside and out. I did not have any vacant months they rented it out on schedule so I wouldn't pay for a vacant property. I wouldn't even look around they know the Ottawa rental market better than anyone else.

Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. Far and away the best Property Managers in Ottawa; most of these companies don't have near the kind of attention to detail and professional relationships that they have maintained. Their screening process for tenants is thorough, and we came back (from years out of country) to a pristine house. Will use them again for future business!

I am living outside Canada and I've been acquiring Ottawa Property Managers' service for two units for over a year. Absolutely no trouble, very organized, prompt, detailed, etc. There is absolutely nothing bad I can think of. One advantage they have is an online platform where you can check all the details of your property. Very impressive. Highly recommend them. Specially Mr. Cedric and Mr. Paul. They are very professional.
