I was referred to Fahel and Co by a colleague who mentioned they’d be a great company to work with to take care of my cousins house while they travelled for a couple years. Fahel & Co found a tenant within two weeks who stayed the full two years. Their on boarding process was very simple for my cousin who isn’t very tech savvy. Rent was always automatically deposited on time and there were no issues. My cousin returned home to his house that was in better shape than when he left it. The tenants were awesome and they actually left a nice gift behind thanking my cousin and the Fahel and co team for their term at the house. I highly recommend their team for honest work and a genuine group of people who actually care for both the landlords and their tenants.
