We rented an apartment on Powell Ave for 2.5 years, and it was our best stay in Canada. The apartment was affordable, but beautiful and bright. The management responded to our requests, quickly fixing the issues that appeared. Highly recommended.

lived at a house from PPM for 2.5 ish years, honestly i'm not sure why they're getting such a bad rap on here. a couple things they did for us while living there: - replaced our dishwasher within a week of it breaking - checked all our radiators after a winter freeze knocked out the basement boiler (we were out of heat for 2 or 3 days but they came by and provided each of us with a space heater) - plowed not only the driveway but our front walk/salted the stairs as well - cut the grass and raked the lawn - provided very generously priced parking - always answered the phone when we called sure it wasn't the prettiest house, nor the best kept (cracks in the walls, some peeling drywall, creaky floors) but hey we were students and very happy to be spending far less than lots of our friends. thanks ppm for a good couple years!
