We used Move Ottawa yesterday as a last minute decision rather than having family help us out. This was honestly the best decision we made throughout the whole moving process!! Three of the guys came at 9 am and while one wrapped the other two packed the truck (covering the floors so they didn’t get them dirty). They did EVERYTHING! They even stopped on the way to grab our things from storage as well. Once we got to the house they covered the floors really well because it was rainy out and I didn’t even have to clean the floors because they made sure not to step anywhere but the rugs they laid out. They organized everything so well in the rooms that I wrote onto the boxes. Once we inspected everything at the end, we were extremely pleased to see that there were no scratches or breaks and when I finished unpacking there were no breaks with the glass (that I didn’t wrap properly to be completely honest). My husband and I were extremely pleased with the service and highly recommend using them. They were so friendly and kept everyone calm in what usually is a tense stressful situation. They confirm with you a week before to make sure no changes are required. The guys showed up on time, were very professional and handled all our stuff with care.
