Acceptable Storage

Having stored my car over the past two years the staff have been very helpful. Both Kim and Jen have always gone above and beyond helping me remove my battery links each season and providing great support. Unfortunately this year the price has been increased on car storage by 40%. This I am told was a decision by the ownership to try and compete with some of the larger competitors. Please note that taking the car out of storage after winter may require you to wait for several weeks depending on when people move out. I've decided not to store my vehicle here as after two years as a loyal customer they've decided to drive the prices up despite my patience in pulling my car out of storage. I am disappointed with the decision to hit loyal customers with a major price hike and have sought out other storage options.

Low prices and excellent customer service

I have used Acceptable Storage over the course of the past 13 years and never have had a problem with them. I am so happy that never had I had to worry about mice or bugs getting into my belongings. I have used both inside and outside storage. I always had access to my unit no matter the depth of the snow. If anyone has a problem with this company, they should take a responsible look at what they might be doing wrong and how to fix it. I have seen people use cheap locks and one time leave stuff in the hallway in front of their locker. That is not being responsible. You should not be blaming others for your mistakes.
