Excellent service over a 2 year period. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean and easily accessible. Well lit for evening access. Security is first rate. I highly recommend the Orleans Public Storage facility.

All the attending staff of the Orleans facility clearly understand the stress of moving and made the process of renting a locker completely stress-free. Not the cheapest in town, but clean, safe and well worth the money. During a difficult time at the start of the pandemic, both Orleans and Head Office were understanding and very helpful in ensuring my belongings were safe and secure.

I have been a tenant at PS for over a year now - what a clean, convenient, safe & secure storage facility! The staff are AMAZING!!! Pam & Pat are ALWAYS there to help out!! They go above & beyond for us - their tenants, and don't even realize it. Their kind words ''you're welcome'' and ''not a problem'' are sure to be heard and are said genuinely. I have a few units there (for business & for personal use) therefore, am there quite often. I look forward to stopping in the office, to say a quick hello to them, as they brighten up my days!! Thank you very much, for being you, the ultimate BEST Customer Service Team you can come by!!!

I recently moved out of Public Storage after 6 months. I had a fantastic experience. I initially moved in with the help of Emily and Pam and luckily I was able to do my move out with them as well. Not only are they knowledgeable and helpful, but they provide AMAZING customer service. No other facilities can compete with this level of customer service. Someone give these ladies a raise!

Looking for a place to store for your business? Look no further. Competitive rates, friendly staff and a very secure location is just some of the words that I can use to describe Public Storage in Orleans. Pam, Emily and Patrick are super helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. This office has even taken precautions for Corona so it’s user feel safe. I highly recommend this location.
