I was very satisfied with my storage unit. 24|7 access was a real plus. I felt my stuff was very safe and secure there.

From the first phone call placed with them it has been a smooth procedure. With their business hours and my work demands I was unable to do the sign up in person; Jessica made this super easy for me by doing everything electronically. I asked for a lock to be left inside the rented unit and it was there with a lovely note welcoming me and if I should require anything to feel free to get in touch with her. I have to say that the note made my day--that extra step was not necessary but she demonstrated great customer service and I appreciated it. The unit itself was very clean and I have encountered no issues entering the property when needed. The lot is clean and neat- I would recommend this location.

First time needing storage. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. So far its been a great experience, from being helped to find an available unit over the phone to getting setup on site at access storage. Good rates, flexible terms, would definitely recommend.
