I chose this company because it was about a grand cheaper than a competitor and had good reviews on Google. I'm glad I did. The work was well done and communication through email was excellent. The reasons I took a star off was because of a few tiny details, they left some garbage on the ground, one walked with their muddy boots inside, and some swore when something wasn't going well. Again, small details, so was well worth it for a job well done and decent price.

This is the second time I have used this company for electrical work on my home. I had an electric car charger installed. The electricians, Marco and Michael were on time, very professional and did quality work. They were very friendly and followed safe COVID practices. I highly recommend.

I recently called this company to replace my thermostat - the job involved rewiring to furnace, heat pump, and air conditioner (my system is quite old, and apparently not straightforward). I was told by the person who answered the service request (i.e. when I initially called) that they could do the work. I had explained the current system I have, and the thermostat I was planning to purchase. He said - no problem, we can handle that. So today the service technician shows up. Spent about 45 minutes, and then told me that he 'did not have the experience to complete the job'. Although he definitely did act professional, and did not charge me, I am a bit perturbed that the company would claim they could do the work and then send a service technician who was either not qualified, or they promised something they could not deliver. In any case, I give 3 stars as they were quite professional about their work. But I would suggest to them, and as context to other potential customers, to better understand the requirements of a job at hand before making promises to customers.
