Highly recommended! Was able to squeeze us in within a week of my call during the busy summer season where the demand for A|C service grows higher as the outside temperature continues to climb. Diagnosed and repaired the hack job that the Gazifère technician muddled a few weeks ago when they came to clean our rented furnace. Great customer service; explained in plain English the repairs that were made, and even provided a recommendation on how to get our unit to function more efficiently. It’s a busy, small business, so setting up an appointment via e-mail is their preferred method of communication.

I have rarely seen true technicians at work and happy to say i found them! Tyler did a fantastic job at fixing my heatpump (Macon brand) which no one wanted to fix presumably by lack of expertise. Tyler did an amazing job! Keep up the good work!

My older gas furnace's pilot light wasn't staying lit for some reason, so I decided I would contact Energie Eardley for assistance. Chris answered the phone and gave me some quick instructions of things to try out before having him come out there for a service call. Sure enough his advice worked and my furnace is back up and running. He offered this advice at NO COST simply because he understands the value of building trust with a customer rather than profit from a service call. I know this place will be the only place I call when I get around to replacing and upgrading my furnace in the future.
