John The Plumber

I called John the Plumber for urgent service due to a water leak. Michelle was kind enough to arrange for the plumber to come the same day. Eric arrived within 2 hours of my call. Eric followed Covid19 protocols and was a pleasure to have in our home. He fixed the issue and even followed up with a phone call to give me information about a manufacturer’s warranty for the kitchen faucet. I was so impressed with Eric that I will gladly recommend him and this company to anyone in need of plumbing services. Thank you for your excellence and professionalism. I am more than impressed! Thank you to Shane as well who attended the service call. You both deserve enormous credit for giving us peace of mind, especially during a pandemic and the New Year’s holiday.

Excellent work. They were able to get here shortly after I called them to work on our plugged drain in our older home. David was our plumber and he provided great advice, completed the necessary work quickly and did an excellent job. We were very pleased to have him in our house, he wore a mask and was very polite.

Eric called before his arrival to double check the work that had to be done. He arrived promptly 20 minutes later. He removed his shoes as soon as he came in. He wore a mask and practised the protocol of social distancing which was very important to me. He was friendly and thorough and explained what needed to be done. Within an hour the bathroom sink was unclogged and he tested it a few times showing me that everything was back to normal. He cleaned his working area before leaving. Very satisfied with Eric's professional work. The service was somewhat expensive but I probably use this company again

David was absolutely amazing in helping out with my toilet blockage. Not only did he figure out that, he figured out the bathtub drainage i had too! Super friendly service, and super professional. Would recommend these guys.

I had a washer dryer installed. I am happy with Erik arriving early. 10 min early and asking if he can start work Yes. I am always ready ahead of time. What a pleasant and friendly person, Erik. He is methodical, attention to detail. Marked faucets for hot/cold, faucets that was not indicated before. Covid precautions in place. Thank you for a great installation.
