We have used DS Plumbing (Now, Out of This World Home Services) for quite some time now. We have had them work at our house and also at a family rental property. Booking is always quick and convenient and, when they arrive at our home, the staff is efficient & knowledgeable. They explain everything thoroughly and we always feel they are honest about the work needed to be done. We have recommended Out of this World to friends and will continue to do so. Most recently, Craig did the plumbing work at our home and he is fantastic. I especially love how Out of this World gives back to the Ottawa community. We are animal lovers and CRN volunteers, so having a company that shares our love of cats is just icing on the cake!!! Good job everyone, keep up the great work!!!!

I had a pleasant and satisfactory experience with them. Reception listened to my plumbing issue, was sympathetic and scheduled me for the next available time. The plumber's arrival was early in the window of time. Trevor, the plumber assigned to my case, was personable and explained the 2 possible costs of services, depending on the complexity of the issue. What I liked the most is that he explained the issue without being dismissive. He was great. My plumbing issue was resolved and I was very happy with the cost and the water draining again.

I have been a repeat customer. DS Plumbing has great technicians / plumbers. They have always been on time, reliable, friendly and honest. Recently, I had a clog in my sink drain. Alex, was patient with me while I explained what was happening. He walked me through my options in a very professional manner and was upfront about what I could expect with each option. I will continue to use DS Plumbing for any future issues I may have.

Gary from DS Plumbing responded to an emergency I was having with my sewage pump. He was able to diagnose the issue and then he worked very hard to fix the problem. He was diligent in his approach and he also explained the system to me and preventive measures I could take. I also appreciated that they came when they said they would. Overall, I really appreciated their service.
