Greg and Ryan came to check out the flood/leak that was happening because of my shower. They did a fabulous job at diagnosing the issue in a timely manner. They were very friendly, professional and they let me know exactly what needed to be done so I felt informed. Great job guys thank you so much!

What an excellent experience. We called Mr. Rooter in the morning about a smell in the laundry room and said that we probably needed our main drain cleaned. Larry T came in that evening and spent the time required to clean our main drain line, plus our sink and laundry lines. We have an older house, so he was cleaning the old cast iron pipes. Larry was knowledgeable, courteous, clean and resourceful. He showed us (with a fiber scope) that we had a large gel block on the main line. We would definitely use Mr. Rooter again. Called Mr. Rooter three years later for a similar problem. Paul U. was able to resolve our issue, which was not as severe as last time. He was thorough and conscientious. We would still definitely use Mr. Rooter again.

Kevin and Mitch were very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable because they respected all Covid protocols. They quickly came up with a plan and gave me a quote. I agreed and they obviously respected the time that they were spending on the job. They also added discounts that I was not aware of which certainly made me feel that they were trying everything to make my experience good. This is the first time I had Mr. Rooter in my home after I had a major leak from my bathtub on the second floor. They only made me pay for what is necessary. They also discovered a leak in the shower stall in the other washroom, which they repaired promptly. What I liked mostly about them is their professionalism and efficiency in diagnosing and rectifying the problem. Their rates are not the cheapest but at least you have the peace of mind that it is done by competent professionals and guaranteed for one year. Thank you Ryan and your partner (sorry I couldn't remember his name).
