Richard Reise was a first class plumber. Thought I had a backed up drain issue, turns out to be a major AC condensate leak from the next room over. Richard was very informative with suggestions. NO CHARGE for the call, which I thought was more than fair and reasonable. Thanks again Richard!

I called for service to unblock my bathtub drain, firstly, the Service representative Trevor was polite and provided exact details regarding cost and a time frame for after hours service. Within an hour a Service representative Kevin showed up, BAR NONE, respectfull professional and cleaned up after he finished unblocking the drain. How refreshing that a young man has such respect for himself and the company he represents. He was also clean and tidy in his appearance. Thank you again!
