Working with Forest HVAC has been one of the best experiences I have encountered in a very long time . Furance maintenance , no problem always professional, and customer service the best . They know their business and care about their customers Now having had a furnance replaced , the Forest Staff have gone above and beyond the duty and extended duty .... Good to witness and experience good people with a good company .

Our furnace decided to quit working at 2:30 in the morning in the middle of a frostbite warning (of course, because why not?) I sent an email to Forest HVAC at 3am. Someone got in touch with me at 6 am! I was very impressed. He told me that someone would be out first thing and he was. The service man was polite, respectful and punctual. I will absolutely use them again.

Incredible service. Matt came, diagnosed a defective inducer motor. Called the company (which had gone out of business) and then found a way to still get my part covered under warranty! He came back and completed the instal, all the while keeping me informed and letting me know what he was doing and why. Lovely gentleman and an incredible company!

They showed up when they said they would. The tech Aaron was fantastic. He performed the inspection and helped me understand the unit, so I can better take care of it in the future. Would definitely recommend.
