The experience was fantastic from the beginning of process until the end of the install. Wayne was very quick to contact us and the phone process very informative. His visit to the house to finalize the quote was quick and safe. The installers were very courteous, professional and tidy. They took the time to explain what they were doing, get our input and demonstrate how out new AC|Heating|Thermostat worked. I would and will highly recommend them to anyone I know.

Nathan was great! Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He even mentioned I should put some towels down in front my fireplace just in case. The receptionist was quick to get back to me and had availability within a few days. Highly recommend!

I had a requirement to move my line set from the outside condenser/compressor where it entered the basement. I was undertaking a small project and it was in the way. Timing would be tricky as I had to complete my inside work before the re-connection. I called Air Zone and Samantha came up with a great idea. As it was late fall and the A/C season was long over, they would disconnect my outside unit and store my refrigerant in the condenser ready for reinstall in the spring. Mitchell came for the service. He was very competent and completed the work in a timely manner. I had some questions about my project and he offered helpful suggestions. I'm glad that I contacted AirZone.

I have used AirZone twice and they were awesome. Mitchell was super helpful both times and went out of his way to make sure I knew the issue and provided me tips to fix it myself down the road. I recommend them to anyone in the Ottawa area looking for honest HVAC services! Keep up the great work!

AirZone was terrific to deal with. They responded quickly, during a heat wave, to replace our old and worn out AC unit. AirZone's quote was accurate, the delivery and installation was on schedule and the work was done quickly and cleanly (very cleanly). The company was prompt in responding to all communication, questions and kept us informed all the way through the project. They also took the time to follow up to ensure everything was working and that we were satisfied.
