After having Enercare inspect my furnace and give me the wrong diagnosis to the issue which may have potentially cost me hundreds of dollars, I had Equal Air come by for a second opinion which not only did they save me 100's of dollars but repaired, cleaned and returned my furnace to its original state. Khalid and crew were very knowledgeable, and professional and did not leave till they made sure everything was running smoothly. I've been turning to Ottawa Equal Air for my heating and cooling services for more than a decade. They installed a new high efficiency furnace on short notice when my aging unit failed. While doing the furnace installation, they identified several deficiencies in how the AC unit had been installed. They remedied these as part of the furnace installation. Everything has worked like a charm for almost 10 years with only minor maintenance. Khal and his team do fantastic work, they're fast, courteous, and a very customer-focused. After using multiple different companies over the years, I stopped looking around once I found these guys and have been very happy ever since.
