Pat and Dylan were awesome to deal with. Rolled out the red carpet and left everything tidy. They were fast and efficient. Explained everything in great detail and answered all of my questions. Peter who was the service advisor, spent all the time I needed to go over different options, different systems And answered all my questions and was always available. Couldn’t recommend this company more. It was a joy to do business with them all.

The installers were excellent. The quickly identified that the sales person had made several mistakes in the furnace he had recommended. Unfortunately for us, this meant a delay of five days before we could have our furnace installed. From first call to final installation it was ten days. That said, the installers were not to blame and told us from the get go that they wanted to ensure we had the right system in our home for longevity and safety's sake. They explained every change that had to be made and when it came time to install, they did so efficiently, even though it was a challenging case. Thy were clean, polite, an kept to their work area. They were even quite conscious of our cat, making sure they didn't disrupt them! I have always loved the service offered by Reliance. It is much better than the sales experience was. I am grateful we had the installers we did.

Yesterday, my furnace unexpectedly quit, leaving us with no heat with an outdoor thermometer reading -12 degrees. From first call to final installation, Reliance provided exceptional service. From the initial diagnosis that my furnace was on the fritz, to having a representative in to discuss various options only 2 hours later, to quite literally having a new furnace by the end of the following day, the whole process was effortless. I cannot over-emphasize how impressed I am with the quality and professionalism of the employees of this company. Andrew and Tim with the initial repair team, Pat with sales, and Tim and Alex for furnace installation were top-notch professionals: courteous, prompt, and exceptionally generous with their time. Pat brought us heaters to keep our home warm overnight until they could perform the install the next morning. Tim and Alex went above and beyond to ensure the installation was perfect, and that we understood our new system inside and out. I would not hesitate to recommend this fantastic team to anyone looking for HVAC services within their home.

Jake the technician was very professional and took enough time to check the leaking in my furnace (evaporator). He provided us with a creative and good solution to the issue that we were having. The technician was very professional and always listened and answered all my questions in a very simple way for me to understand. He dedicated enough time to check the problem, put the evaporator out of its place and added a piece of metal in the box that holds the evaporator and then put it back in place. He also taped all the areas around and proceed with the testing to make sure that no water was still leaking from the evaporator. He tested the evaporator adding water on the bottom of it and made sure that no water was coming out. The job was well done and I think Jake is an employee that cares about the client’s needs and concerns and wants to see at the end of his visit a satisfied client. He truly achieved this goal during his visit to my house this morning. Thanks, Jake and Reliance!!!
