I had avoided cleaning my ducts for a long time as I also had a room disconnected from the furnace (no air flow or heat to a bedroom). I was concerned this would be a big job. However, upon a personal recommendation I called Dan at Crowley and I was not disappointed! He and his team did a super job cleaning the ducts and were more than happy to show me the before and after videos of the extremely gross (and then clean!) inside of my home! The process was timely and clean. They were also able to find the disconnected area with ease and they used the same video camera to double check the area before fixing the issue for me quickly, and easily. Lots of worry for no reason at all! I am so glad I found such a quality company to rely on moving forward for all my HVAC needs. I really appreciate it!

Yesterday the Crowley technician, Nathan, came to do the yearly maintenance on our pool heater. As he was working away at the cleaning I mentioned that the pool was a mess of floating debris because we were having trouble figuring out how to lower the water level in the pool so it wasn't skimming. He very kindly had a look and immediately found the correct lever and I was able to lower the level right away. I was most impressed that he went beyond the requirements of his job to help me out so cheerfully!

I just had my ducts cleaned by this company. Apparently this is a new service being offered by this company. Ive been in this house for 20 years with some construction being down and laminated floors installed and never had the ducts cleaned They scoped the ducts showing me the before and after video . Its just like i have new ducts and im sure my lungs will appreciate it. They arrived at the agreed upon time, did their work and cleaned up afterwards. All i had to do is stay out of their way. I would highly recommend this company if you need your ducts cleaned. Very professional and answered All my questions and no extra unexpected charges.
