I recently bought a new townhome and decided against the builders central air install ($5500). The townhome is 1350sqft, and gets sun in the morning and afternoon. I took possession June 2020, in the hottest recorded week in history. I immediately called multiple companies about central air. Prices ranged from $4000-$5000 for a 1.5 ton 13 seer AC unit. All companies, except for one, told me they wouldn’t be able to get their hands on an AC unit until the end of August. When I called PSL Mechanical they sent a guy out the same day, a Friday, to price the job. Received the price that night and it was lower then the other companies for the EXACT same AC unit......and they could install the following Tuesday. The guys from PSL showed up Tuesday afternoon for the install and were completely professional. They put all the runners down, took their boots off when entering the house, communicated exactly what they were doing throughout the process, and cleaned everything up when finished. I would also like to add that the PSL boys, Bill & Greg, worked until 9:30pm to make sure the unit operated properly and everything was done right before they left. Which I’m sure you can imagine how rare that is nowadays. Paying the invoice was also super simple and the office person was delightful. I had a great experience from start to finish with PSL Mechanical, highly recommended!

Woke up and my thermostat was blank!! I panicked because of the heat wave we were having lately. So immediately I called PSL Mechanical and they were kind enough to help me with my problem on the same day, in despite that they were extremely busy. On the same day they solved my problem. They tested my furnace and thermostat and determined that the old thermostat was the problem. Since I did not have a new replacement, Shawn was very kind to offer to go himself and pick up one and comeback, which he did!! He installed the new thermostat, tested it, tested the furnace/AC systems and turned the AC. It worked!!!! What a relief..! He was very professional and courteous at all times!!! I was very pleased with the service, so I asked him to please make arrangements for servicing my furnace and AC. Thanks a million PSL Mechanics.

If you want to have a trusted reliable company for your AC, this is the company to call. As a first time home owner seeing my AC drop out (and of course in the middle of a heat wave) had potential to be my worst nightmare. Their service was prompt, friendly, and their prices affordable. Had an issue with my AC unit. Contacted PSL in the afternoon and they got a guy out in a few hours. He was able to solve the problem quickly and gave some helpful tips to help with the AC unit. Defiantly recommend the company, they were very easy to deal with and the guy who showed up was friendly and very helpful.
