Francis Home Environment is responsive, trustworthy, and competent. Unlike some other home heating businesses in the Ottawa area that shall remain nameless, Francis Home Environment actually got back to me with a phone call not long after I filled out their web form. Imagine that! Their friendly service technician successfully installed a Healthy Climate humidifier into my high efficiency gas furnace on the scheduled day and charged me the price that was quoted over the phone. The unit works perfectly and now my hands are no longer as dry as sandpaper. I'll definitely be sticking with Francis.

My wife and I have been life-long renters and have only recently begun assuming home ownership responsibilities on behalf of my mother-in-law, so we had a lot of questions about the function and maintenance of the furnace. Hello. My technician was Cory and by far one of the most professional techs I have ever had. He came by on Tuesday night, diagnosed why my furnace wasn't producing heat, acquired a new circuit board and came back to install it. Heat is on and we couldn't be happier. Been dealing with them for some time and they have been amazing. I spoke to Laura over the phone today and she was absolutely an sweetheart. They have great technicians as well. Duy was very professional and informative. Very nice and quick at his job. Explained thing that I could do to help maintain my furnace. Would recommend!
