Small company but if you are lucky enough to get Spencer to come do HVAC work for you, you won't regret it. Extremely knowledge and willing to share that knowledge. Very friendly yet professional. Will take the time to explain everything he is doing and why. Will give you advice but won't force a product or service on you. He had to make two extra trips because of issues beyond is control and never complained or made a negative comment. Would I use him again? YES. In fact I am for another job. Would I recommend SixOneThree HVAC? Absolutely and without reservation.

Spencer is great. I've had many HVAC guys before and not as knowledgeable. He's done work on two of my properties and both Furnance/AC is up and running again without the replacement costs!
