I have had the pleasure of dealing with Cindy for MANY devices over the span of several years. IPhix is always prompt in answering questions and calls it is. I have benefited from their advise on buying devices, as well as repairs. I am grateful not to have wasted money on repairs that would have ended up as replacements anyways. Most amazingly, Cindy helped a friend out with a screen replacement for her daughters new iPad that had accidentally been dropped. I have no problem referring IPhix to anyone needing repairs or new devices!

Great service, reasonable price. Willing to do odd jobs to salvage tech so you don't have to throw them away!

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY REPAIR. I went in to get my phone screen repaired and both Sanjay and Rushi greeted me in a very professional and respectful manner. The repair completed on my phone was of great quality (I cant tell the difference between the original phone and the repaired phone) and was done in a very timely manner. Would recommend getting all your phone repair work done from here!!

Just a heads up, the guy on the main level the first door in the entrance who claims to be the building owner is chasing away your business. He was incredibly rude, freaked out about the parking, took us back to the lot to tell us where to properly park without actually telling us where you were located. He was so rude and cold that we unfortunately did not feel comfortable going back into the building for your services. Reading the other reviews you guys seem great. It is just very unfortunate.

Store was a little hard to find at first, we're knowledgeable and very professional. Would recommend.
