I brought my samsung s5 to their store for fixing last week. my phone's speaker was not working, it bothered me almost for a month. Tried with many stores, some of them told me that it is mother board problem, some of them told me they donot have the part. when i tried with this store, they ask me to wait 1 hour and problem fixed! Appreciate the quick service! it works really well till now!

I brought a gaming laptop in which was previously diagnosed with a ''broken motherboard'' problem. The guys at hightain correctly identified the problem to instead be a malfunctioning stick of RAM which ended up saving me around $700! However, they did forget to plug the second hard-drive back in which was a very slight inconvenience for me as I ended up just plugging it back in myself. All in all the service was fast and excellent. I would definitely come back here again.
