I recently ended my tenancy with Citysearch. They have been a wonderful company to work with during my time with them. I found them to be responsive and fair throughout my experience with them. Nora was always helpful and responded in a timely manner. The move in and out inspections were very detailed and while I admit I was not perfect in preparing my suite for move out, as moving is always a hassle. I found that they were very fair with the items I missed and I have no complaints.

Janice was absolutely wonderful- I was in need of a turn around in a couple days and she made it happen. Very trustworthy, professional and attentive to my needs. Emails were always returned within the hour. A wonderful, reliable, classy individual. Citysearch has been a great company to deal with! Thank you to all the staff! Highly recommended!

Exceptionally professional. Positive approach to dealing with the everyday difficult issues that need to be resolved. I have dealt with Property Management Companies in the past, who just say they will, then don't. This company says they will...then do! Always striving for ways to be better! Had a more recent experience during a difficult time, and Citysearch was very understanding and worked with me to ensure that it was resolved in a way that worked for all parties.

We continue to have Citysearch Rental lease our home, it has been ongoing for about 6 years now. The company is responsive to questions or issues that arise, and we have a good working relationship. There has been no interruption with service over the time of covid, which is appreciated. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Citysearch to someone looking to have their property in good hands!!!!
