As a landlord, I found this site a very good at helping you to list your properties, they have copies of all the forms you may need. We have been advertising on RentFaster.ca for a little more than 10 years and we always have qualified applicants apply for our suites. Prices are reasonable for your ads and there is plenty of room for lots of pictures. This site comes highly recommended.

Hard to search... just time consuming hate seeing rented units when searching for a rental.... always nice to see what you missed out on...

It's ok.. the website is just fine.. I just can not believe the rental PRICES.. some of them ..people if you can afford over $2,000.00 a month ..why not try to get a MORTGAGE... I personally would NEVER pay that much... Not for someone else to line their bank account/wallets ... My opinion...
