Excellent support with the follow up on a water emergency that happened this weekend. Thanks for the peace of mind and quick action. The improvements our manager initiated over the last year have made a big difference. Our operating costs have come down, things are only getting better. By continuing to make improvements, we look forward to happier tenants and getting the building into better shape. Updating my rating from 4 to 5 stars based on Emerald's support and expertise the past couple months with the change in the Calgary rental market and their help dealing with some difficult tenant situations. Thank you.

My experience was amazing. A lovely lady named Tiffany was happy to give me a phone call and answered all of my burning questions and gave me a plethora of properties that she personally felt I would like. (spoiler alert, she was right.) This business trains their employees to truly care about the client in a way that feels personal whilst keeping it professional. I will definitely recommend Emerald Management & Realty Ltd to my friends and family members. Excellent service!

I am so impressed, after looking for 3 weeks on a daily basis for an apartment I was blessed to be approved today for an apartment. Everywhere else I had applied had a 3 to 4 day wait before you heard back. I'm very blessed that today happened in just over an hour. Would definitely recommend Emerald Management
