We are lucky to have Arlene during our moving! She is super friendly, patient and helpful. She always eager to answer our questions and keep caring about us! Highly recommend to live here as your new home!

Been living here for 6 months now, no issues besides a small water leak from the bathtub to the kitchen which was fixed the next day. People in the office are attentive and just great people. Please arrange with a contractor to have the lot plowed after the next snowstorm! My wife missed a day of work.

We have really enjoyed living in the 3600 Brentwood apartments. We had an issue with a draft coming through the front door, and within 15 minutes of us calling the front office about it, Argie was fixing it! We couldn’t have asked for a friendlier or more qualified person to come help us!

I have lived here for a couple months in one of the apartment style places. I love the actual apartment! the only thing I have to complain about is with people living upstairs of you, you hear everything. There are two different households above you with the apartment being from one end to the other end. Every step, pushing of kitchen table chairs, balcony door being opened and closed. I have not had any sleep with the thumps, bangs , and opening and closing of balcony doors the last two nights. Cheaply built floor/ceiling. My kitchen light even flickers with the upstairs people walking around. Don't rent the lower level apartments!

I lived at 3600 Brenner Drive for a year, and it was a wonderful, comfortable space for my first year in Calgary. The staff is always quick to reply and assist with any issues we had! Maintenance requests were always answered in a timely manner, and COVID restrictions and guidelines were effectively put in place. We lived in a renovated townhouse and absolutely loved our space. Such a beautiful kitchen and bathroom, and we absolutely loved our little oasis on our patio - something we really miss now. Our reason for leaving was simply due to not having enough storage space, as I tend to accumulate too many things. Our only issue with the property would be certain tenants who neglect to pick up after their pets outside. Staff was great in addressing my concerns and reinforcing a clean property among the community - although there remained a few tenants who would not pick up after their pets.
