Mainstreet Equity

I rented an apartment for few months with Mainstreet. It was in the Southeast of Calgary (Heritage dr). The location was great, and I had only to take one bus to arrive to Bow valley college to take my lesson and go back. The location was so close to many great stores as well. I wanted to share this experience as I'm grateful for what this company provided me with.

Building was always well taken care of. Landlord was always nice and friendly and if you needed anything or had any issues she was always quick to respond and more then willing too help. Definitely would live there again thank you ☺️

After I arrived to Canada from Mexico, I started calling my friends for a place to stay and live. I expected to live with one of my friends, but she left to another country for few months without telling me so I was with no place to stay. I stayed for two weeks with another friend, but I needed to get my personal place. Finally, the friend that i was staying with told me about Mainstreet company. I called them many times, but no answer at all. After trying few times, one of the staff replied and said that there were no one bedroom apartments. Well, after another two weeks, I tried calling them again, and another staff member replied. This staff member was so great, and explained me about too many things and advised me about many one bedroom apartments they have and ready to be rented. I met her to see many apartments, and finally I rented one of them with a good price.

I arrived to Canada few months ago and lived with my sister in Downtown for days. Then, I started looking for an apartment to rent. It's a new country and new people, so it was hard to communicate with people, and specifically for renting a new place. I was lost, then one of my sister's neighbors advised me to try calling Mainstreet company. I called them the next day, and the agent replied and asked me about my requests about the apartment. After that, he took me to many apartments which I captured few photos for. Everything was clean in them, even washing rooms. They were all great, but I chose the best location that was suitable with my workplace.
