As an engineer, I have a solid grasp of how HVAC systems work and had looked for years for a knowledgeable, trustworthy service (ie: no BS). I found Rogers 3 years ago and have nothing but good things to say. The depth of knowledge, ability to diagnose problems, committment and friendly service make them tops in my books, money well spent.

The service technician arrived within the expected time window and was knowledgeable and professional. I was amazed how quickly they were able to resolve my problem. Rogers Heating is the best service I've ever had from a heating and air conditioning company.

They replied quickly. I emailed 4 other contractor, 3 never replied. Work was excellent and price was fair.

No surprise others have given 5 star ratings, just had them in to service our gas fireplace and we were very pleased with the service and results. Price was reasonable and our fireplace looks brand new with the cleaning and addition of embers. The technician answered a lot of questions we had as well. We will be calling them again for servicing when the time comes!

Back in November 2019, our carbon monoxide alarm went off. To make a long story short, it was a very cold Sunday, our furnace was turned off, and it turned out we needed a pretty hefty repair on our furnace. Bryan came by to quickly check things out (did I mention this was on a Sunday!), and Tom was immediately available by phone when the repair was more complicated than we had initially thought. They set us up with some space heaters to get us through the next 24 hours while Tom ordered the part we needed for the repair, and even managed to get the part covered under a warranty for us! The whole experience could have been much more stressful, but both Bryan and Tom were calm, collected, knowledgeable and professional. It's no wonder we didn't hesitate to have Rogers Heating and Air Conditioning do our furnace and fireplace maintenance this past week. I'm so grateful that their phone number was on our furnace and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home! Thanks guys! :)
