Hai is very knowledgeable and extremely fast with his turnaround on repairs and estimates. He responded to my estimate request the same day and was able to repair my Sharp 65'' 4K flat screen within 24 hours of dropping off for service. He was able to find parts quickly and affordably. I would use again. Highly recommend. Very friendly and warrants his work.

Quite impressed with the responsiveness of the diagnostic and repair process, got my repaired television back within 30 hours. Fair price. Great COVID protocols in place. I definitely would recommend this service to my friends

My new TV broke right out of warranty and they fixed it up better than new. Price depends on what needs to be fixed for parts but it all seemed reasonable and better than buying another TV to replace. They work very quickly once they have the parts. Highly recommended.

Polite, knowledgeable, fast and fair priced! Contacted Saturday, dropped off Sunday and picked up Monday! Incredible! Fixed 22 year old tv with no problems at all. Even got a new remote. I would definitely recommend Mr. Truong for your electronic problems. Would give 100 stars if I could! Thank you so much!
