They were really friendly and courteous. I brought in my 15 year old Bose wave radio to get fixed. Luckily they had the part in their storage rather than wait for it to be delivered. Really happy with the sound. I have an emotional attachment to this radio so I was really happy that they brought it back to life. Thank you.

They helped me put together my dream system. All vintage equipment that has been professionally restored to look new. The quality of the work and attention to detail is incredible. Hai and his team were extremely helpful and the final product blew me away. If you love vintage audio equipment this is the best place in town!

I sent my Mc150 and preamp C712 Mc intosh to install new led lights and they also recap both units . Very happy with both units they work perfectly .I have these units for more than 30 years and i like them. I brought also Cabasse speakers because the tweeters were blown,,, Hi-Tronics fixed them and they work also perfectly. Thanks John for your service ,,,Michel

Brought in older speakers for repair. Store was very good, polite and professional. Overall a good experience. I would use this vendor again.

They did a great job refurbishing my barely-working Carver M500 amp and C-1 preamp. They work and look like new, sound is fabulous. Cost of the repair was not cheap but very reasonable considering the vintage nature of the Carver components. I'd recommend them based on my experience.
